Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and device compatibility. Neither the Company nor any participating wireless carrier shall be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from SMS message delivery or failure to deliver.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the website, voice AI technology, and related systems, including their software, algorithms, voice models, branding, and AI outputs generated by the service (to the extent permitted by law), remain the exclusive property of the Company.

This obligation survives this Agreement and your use of the website.
The website, voice AI, and all related services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or availability of the AI voice outputs or any information provided through the website. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that voice AI interactions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or voice AI. The Company's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of the website and its services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website, voice AI, and all related services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

You acknowledge and consent that voice interactions with our AI agent may be recorded, transcribed, and stored for the purposes of service delivery, quality assurance, training, and compliance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without reference to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement. The Parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming for any suit or action arising from or related to this Agreement and waive any right to object to the venue of such courts. The Parties further agree that these courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such suit or action initiated by either party.
We may modify these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the website, voice AI, or related services following the posting of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
