a. Information You Provide

- SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In Information: When you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us, we collect your phone number and your consent preferences, including the date, time, and method of opt-in.

b. Information Collected Automatically

3. SMS/Text Messaging Opt-In and Consent
When you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS or text messages from us, the following terms apply:
- Consent: By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Results Bots™ LLC at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communications and your interactions with our Services.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
- No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data with Third Parties: We will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your SMS opt-in consent information or phone number obtained through SMS opt-in with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This commitment applies to all SMS opt-in data regardless of any other provisions in this Privacy Policy. Your SMS consent information is used solely by Results Bots™ LLC to deliver the messages you have requested.
- How to Opt Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact our support team using the information in Section 13 below.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers (such as cloud hosting, telecommunications, payment processors, and AI model providers) who need access to such information to perform work on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to us.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

Our platform uses artificial intelligence and automated processing technologies to deliver our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your inputs, voice data, and other submitted content are processed using these technologies. We may use anonymized or aggregated data derived from AI interactions to refine and improve our models and service quality. No individually identifiable information is used for model training without your explicit consent.

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 13.

12. Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without reference to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming for any suit or action arising from or related to this Privacy Policy and waive any right to object to the venue of such courts. The parties further agree that these courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such suit or action.
